1.2. Upon booking, clients will receive a confirmation email with the details of their package.

2. Package Inclusions and Validity

2.1. Each health care package includes specific treatments, consultations, and products as outlined on the Medivan website.

2.2. Package validity varies based on the type of package purchased and will be clearly stated in the package details.

2.3. Packages must be utilized within the validity period. Unused services or treatments within the package validity period will not be refunded or extended unless otherwise stated.

3. Appointment Booking

3.1. All therapy appointments must be booked in advance through the Medivan website or by contacting our customer support team.

3.2. Upon booking, clients will receive a confirmation email with the details of their appointment.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellations

4.1. Rescheduling by Medivan

4.1.1. Medivan reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to bad weather, therapist unavailability, or other emergencies.

4.1.2. In the event of rescheduling, Medivan will notify the client as soon as possible and provide alternative appointment options.

4.2. Rescheduling by Client

4.2.1. Clients can reschedule their appointments by contacting customer support at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

4.2.2. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be accommodated, and the client may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

4.3. Cancellations by Client

4.3.1. Clients can cancel their appointments by contacting customer support at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

4.3.2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the prepaid amount or charged separately.

5. Payment and Refunds

5.1. Payments for therapy sessions must be made in advance through the Medivan website using the available payment options.

5.2. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling by Medivan, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule without any additional charges.

6. Client Responsibilities

6.1. Clients are expected to provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking and during therapy sessions.

6.2. Clients must ensure they are available and prepared for their therapy session at the scheduled time.

6.3. Clients should inform Medivan of any medical conditions, allergies, or other relevant information that may affect their therapy session.

7. Confidentiality

7.1. Medivan is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information and therapy session details.

7.2. Client information will only be shared with authorized personnel involved in the therapy process and will not be disclosed to third parties without the client’s consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. Medivan shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.

8.2. Clients agree to indemnify and hold Medivan harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of our services.

9. Amendments

9.1. Medivan reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or through the Medivan website.

9.2. Continued use of Medivan’s services after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
