    Cancellation Policy

      • 1. Pre-Consultation Cancellations: Clients may cancel their appointments or services without penalty if done before the scheduled doctor consultation.
      • 2. Fixed Consultations: If a consultation is provided as scheduled, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, and the service plan associated with the consultation will not be cancelled.
      3. No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notification will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.
